Finned radiators are the most widely used heat exchange equipment in gas and liquid heat exchangers. It achieves the purpose of enhancing heat transfer by adding fins to a common base pipe. The base pipe can be made of a steel pipe; a stainless steel pipe; a copper pipe or the like. It utilizes the pressure resistance of steel pipes and the high-efficiency thermal conductivity of aluminum, and is compounded on a dedicated machine tool. Its contact thermal resistance is almost zero at 210 °C. Radiators made of steel-aluminum composite tubes have an irreplaceable cost-effective advantage over other types of finned tube heat sinks.
The aluminum rolled finned tube is integrally rolled from an aluminum tube. The contact thermal resistance is extremely small, the strength is high, the thermal shock and mechanical vibration, the thermal expansion performance is good, and the heat transfer surface is extended. This fin control is used. The heat exchanger is superior to the string or wrap heat exchanger.
The copper-aluminum composite finned tube is a composite copper and aluminum composite tube which is rolled and then rolled out. It has compact bonding, small thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, low flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and long-term coldness. It is not easy to be deformed under thermal conditions and has a long working life.
The whole rolled fins are smooth and burr-free, wrinkle-free and easy to clean. It is easy to eliminate the condensation on the outer surface of the fins during wet cooling in heating and air conditioning projects, and it is not easy to dust and scale in the drying and other heat exchange occasions.
